Delivery is only available to addresses within Canada.

We work with our partner carriers to arrange daily pickups on weekdays, ensuring that your purchases reach your doorstep as quickly as possible.

We highly value our customers' privacy. That's why all our deliveries are discreet. Your items will be carefully packaged in a plain box or bag, without any logos or company names. We also follow a minimal packaging policy to remain discreet while minimizing waste.

Any orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped via express delivery the following day.

Express Delivery

Packages will be sent using Canada Post Priority service (2 business days).

Additional charges apply when packages exceed the volume or weight allowed by the delivery rate.

We carefully check each product ordered before shipping to ensure that it is working properly and in good condition. In addition, packages are sent in appropriate packaging to eliminate the risk of breakage during transport.

Given the nature of the products we sell, for health and safety reasons you will understand that we cannot accept exchanges unless the item you have purchased is faulty. We will only exchange defective products. Damages caused by customers are not the responsibility of Freyja.

Return Procedure

Please complete the return form in your order details once you log in to your account to let us know the details of the product and the nature of its defect.

Following receipt of your request, we will analyze it as soon as possible. Thereafter, we will quickly inform you of the procedure to follow in order to honor your guarantee.

Returns on purchases made within 30 days via our website will be made directly to our warehouse and the applicable freight and warranty charges will be honored directly by Freyja. Once your request has been accepted, we will email you a return form to attach to your package so that you do not have to pay the delivery costs.
